NicheJobs.com is continuing its effort to improve job and career advertising services. Our client base
is growing and we are moving forward with our strategy of using niche domain names to target
jobseekers. Our partial list of job and career related names are listed NicheJobs Domains.
We have always believed that the future of internet is going to be about direct navigation
and we are well positioned to take advantage of this trend. Our sites continue to be listed high on
Google, Yahoo and Ask search engines for relevant keywords. Also, recently we
have started a JobsBlogs.com to publish links to the jobs added on NicheJobs.com.

January 2005

Introduced an Automated Job and Resume Portal NicheJob.com. This will work along with our Niche Job Sites
on NicheJobs.com. NicheJob.com will provide complete job ad management for employers and introduce resume
posting for our jobseekers.

Sastha.com, Inc. celebrates 4 years of service as an operator of job sites, through
some of the toughest times in the dotcom industry. Started on April 5th, 1999
our job sites have grown in reach and maintained a core focus. Our client base has ranged from
Fortune 100 corporations to small business and we have continued to add job sites in new niche
areas. We have been listed by Industry acclaimed CareerXRoads and Weddle's over the last 4 years.
We continue to strategically invest in internet real estate, our network of employment,
job and career related domain addresses have grown to over 800 names.
Our visitor statistics have continued to grow over the years with currently
averaging 43,000 unique visitors per month and over 125,000 page views per month.
We also have a strong mailing list of over 16,000 active jobseekers. Alexa, a website
ranking service have placed our individual sites in the Top 2 million, however if ranked
collectively as one site, we would be ranked in the Top 100,000 website. The future looks exciting
with continued opportunities in the US market and worldwide job markets.

TeachmeIT.com is the e-learning product arm of Help In IT, Inc.
The company is headquartered at Woodbridge, New Jersey. Courseware is designed and developed by a
75 person strong team of developers and subject matter experts. The team has over six years of
experience in producing technology based training courses for clients like Gartner Group learning, Oracle and
Seagate. The courses are delivered via a proprietary development cum deployment engine.

two editions--one for Recruiters and one for Job Seekers--these guides have been called the "Zagat's" of the online employment industry.
They are world renowned for their detail, accuracy and lack of subjectivity. Co-published with the American Management Association,
WEDDLE's 2001 Guides will be sold through Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, and all major national bookstore chains.
In addition, WEDDLE's will also be distributed through the American Management Association's U.S. and international training centers. In
short, we think our site's selection will significantly contribute to its visibility and stature among recruiters and job seekers.

October 2000

Sastha.com, Inc. continues to provide specialty job site services and served its 100th Client in September. The unique advantage

of our Job sites is that ADS are posted on the Home Page and we believe our clients/jobseekers will continue to see value in

"No Clicks" versus 2 or 3 clicks on other mega job sites. Our current business model is based on revenue from Job

Advertisements only and will continue to proceed in that direction. We recently introduced 3 Options for placing an AD.

May 2000

Sastha.com, Inc. had its best month of new job listings from employers in May. BuyingJobs.com and ChemistryJobs.com were

the most improved. As we continue to increase the exposure of our existing job sites, we are also looking to add additional

job sites that will enhance and add synergy. SellingJobs.com, EconomicsJobs.com, StrategyJobs.com (added to B2BHiring.com)

PharmaceuticsJobs.com (added to MedicoJobs.com) were added during the month.

In May we averaged 800-1000 visitors a day and have over 4000 jobseekers who have signed up our mailing lists to date. Our

International visitors are continuing to increase as more people are getting online worldwide.

April 2000

To continue targeting eCommerce businesses, additional sites were added: B2BHiring.com, B2EJobs.com.

These sites along with our existing sites will provide our customers a wide array of choices as we look to grow

in 2000 and beyond. We also added MedicoJobs.com for scientific healthcare and medicolegal professionals.

In April we had one of the worst server breakdowns (our site hosting company), the sites were moved to a more

dedicated server (another hosting company). We thank all our visitors and clients for their patience and support.

March 2000

In an effort to increase our exposure and target B2B and B2C eCommerce ventures, eHubJobs.com, B2CJobs.com

and B2BHRM.com (a B2B Human Resource Management tools) were launched. In the coming months these

sites will be marketed and continuously improved.

January 2000

BuyingJobs.com and SupplyJobs.com were added to provide services to Purchasing, Supply Chain, eCommerce

and related professionals. With Business to Business (B2B) eCommerce expected to grow rapidly in the next few years,

we believe this will be a valuable addition to our portfolio.
